This picture was taken on 12th may 2008 at the office for help the Vietnamese. Rachel is American. she has stayed in HCM for 4 years. She can speak Vietnamese and play piano very well. Presently, Rachel is a mobilizer for the Vietnamese Ministry here in Penang.Wednesday, May 28, 2008
